Manager - Project Management - Business Excellence - BFS

- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, while adhering to tight timelines

- Coordinate with internal and external constituents for Project oversight, and report on key initiatives to Senior Management

- Design and deploy multiple Communication programs through digital and offline forums, throughout the year

- Identify and disseminate best practices within Edelweiss, as well as in the industry, in the context of CX

- 9-12 years in Solution Architecture / Product Development / Marketing Communications / Business Solutions / Process Reengineering / PMO

- Prior work experience in Financial Services across multiple products/services

- Should have interfaced with external vendors and agencies for campaign design & deployment

- Preferably has worked on Communication initiatives impacting Employees, Customers & Channel Partners
