Job Description - Lead the Projects team for a large building material group and work closely with the Executive board for multiple projects running simultaneously across India

Client Details

Our client is one of the largest groups in Building Material Industry with a turnover of over 1000 Cr and a strong foothold in roofing systems across India. The client is one of the most recognised names in the domain with strong foothold in rural & urban India.

Description

Reporting to the Senior management team, you will be responsible for the below:

- Manage over 30 projects across India, running simultaneously for the organisation

- Realise bottlenecks within the ecosystem and remove them

- Work with a structured approach for managing the projects

Profile

You will be a BE Civil with at-least 10-12 years of experience in Project management function with construction companies in India. You will be smart and self driven to realise bottlenecks in advance and work out structured ways to eliminate them. Looking for someone who has experience of running multiple projects (30-40 in number) simultaneously instead of large revenue sized projects (which are few in number)
