Need multiple Project managers who have implemented projects under any of the following areas from BFSI/Insurance industries - Implementation of CRM - Implementation of Digital Systems - Implementation of Financial Operations - Implementation of Sales/ Sales Strategies Responsibilities: - Conceptualizing business cases, management summaries, functional and technical specification documents with an objective of supporting decision making &amp; review by internal key stakeholders and senior management - Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility - Ensure resource availability and allocation - Develop comprehensive end to end project plans - Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress - Coordinate &amp; work with resources - internal &amp; vendor - for execution of projects - Ensure that all projects are delivered within success criteria - time, scope, budget, etc - Ensure creation of minutes for meetings and follow up on actions - Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals - Project reporting as needed - Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, costs, etc basis governance structure - Manage stakeholder expectation - Ensure Management reporting through governance models - Updates, escalations, etc - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation - Maintain a repository of all documentations - Decks, MOMs, Decisions, Emails, etc
