Life Insurance and Project Management (NON IT profile)
Location: Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Project management for all India strategic initiatives / projects
- Work closely with India leadership on various projects / initiatives
- Build and manage process to monitor projects / initiatives, measure and communicate project progress, potential risks / delays.
- Data analysis to measure performance of projects / initiatives as per agreed standards
Provide analytical insights to senior leadership of India to take better decisions, covering but not limited to:
- Ongoing strategic initiatives / projects
- Relevant industry analysis and competitors
- Analytical or business inputs to support strategic meetings of India leadership team.
- Prepare / make presentations as needed.
Educational qualification and capabilities:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in business, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Project management skills incl. proficiency in one or more project management tools.
- Knowledge / experience on agile will be a positive.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & related tools, analytical and presentation skills
Preferred experience:
- Min 10 years work experience, preferably with track record of working with CXO/s on strategic initiatives / projects and reviews.
- Experience / knowledge of distribution of life insurance. Knowledge / experience of asset management would be a positive.
- Experience of working with cross-functional teams across geographies will be a positive.
