Manager - Project Finance - NBFC

Interesting opportunity to work with NBFC for Mumbai location.

Exp - 3 to 5 yrs.

Location - Mumbai

Education - MBA (Finance)/ CA/ CA Inter/ ICWA

- Must have done MBA in Finance / CA Inter/ ICWA/ CFA/ FRM

- Must have knowledge of Project finance assessment of at least 2 yrs.

- Must have worked for LAP (Loan Against property) products.

- Must have very good knowledge of Financial risk assessment, and financial monitoring.

- Must have very good communication skills.

- Understand the volume of the project

- Risks involved in the project

- Any peculiarities of the project which need consideration

- Financial requirements for the project

- Forecast the expected revenues

- Ready to relocate
