Manager - Project Finance - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/XLRI

We are hiring for the role of Manager-Project Finance with TOP 10 COMPANIES OF INDIA.

Please Note : ONLY TIER-1 MBA Graduates shall apply for this role.

Job description :

- Investment Portfolio management for the Group across various currencies.

- To assist in all global funding and debt capital markets activity of the Group

Responsibilities :

Investment Management :

a) Manage daily investment flows (new investments/ maturing investments), ensuring optimality in investment solutioning

b) Analyse portfolio risk, including credit risk, duration risk and liquidity risk and plan investments for all companies in the Group as well as the Group Companies

c) Ensuring reasonable returns with acceptable risk and availability of liquidity for business needs of all of the companies of the group.

d) Build deep understanding of the investment outlook for all Group and subs as well as group cos across currencies and tenors of surplus

Debt Management :

a) Assist in analysing the cash forecasting/funding plan across the Group, as well as group companies, to ensure that funding requirements are assessed ahead of time

b) Assist in commercial negotiations and collaborate with external parties (bank lenders, ECAs, vendors, debt capital markets teams, rating agencies) as well as internal parties (intra-treasury, legal, secretarial, business, banking operations, treasury accounting) and lead seamless execution.

Capital Market Intervention :

a) Support in all debt capital market financing projects

b) Evaluate best structures, liquidity pools and issuance windows from time to time and recommend new funding sources for most optimal use of capital markets

Strategic Projects :

a) Assist in organizing funding for all companies for strategic projects including creating of liquidity from trading investment products.

b) Assist in project delivery including Treasury due diligence, lender consents, documentation for M&A/ strategic projects

c) Ensure lines of draw available and decongested for any additional regulatory related pay-outs/ fresh auctions in India
