Manager - Project Finance - Debt Syndication - BFSI

Position: Manager - Project Finance (Debt Syndication).

Qualification: CA/MBA/PG.

Experience: 5+ Yrs

Job Responsibility:

- Responsible for syndication of debt finance from banks or Financial institutions including preparation of PIM, Financial Modelling & Appraisal

- Coordination with potential lenders and obtaining sanction of required credit facilities for clients on desired terms & conditions and documentation.

- Funds planning including cash flow management and formulation of borrowing strategies in line with risk and business objectives of the organization.

- Creation/Renewal of credit lines and negotiation of loan or overdraft terms with company bankers.
