Manager - Program/Portfolio - Insurance

- Managing and building portfolio of projects of multiple functions - HR, IT, FINANCE, etc.

- Develop execution plans for projects in the portfolio.

- Monitor and govern and work with project managers to track budget and financials across the portfolio

- Manager corporate and functional reporting for the portfolio

- Develop and maintain relationships at senior management levels within the organization. Work with key stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities and risks within the portfolio.

- Establish and manage key relationships with Business Unit partners to understand specific business issues and priorities. Assist in determining and delivering key strategic priorities of the function.
