- To contract and purchase destination by market.

- To get a Product differentiation by destination

- Design and formulate itineraries for Summer/Winter season keeping in mind the needs and requirements of the customer for Outbound.

- Launch of products, promotions with cost sheets and price lists.

- Monitor industry trends and accordingly modify the product and packages.

- Develop innovative products.

- Train subordinates on the various aspects of the destinations & destination management.

- Ensure customer delight on tour by doing quality checks and ground handlers on phone.

- To attend to complaints and assist in solving the same on tour.

- To Maintain Relationship with suppliers.

- Responsible for TO & GOP.

- Coordination with suppliers and DMCs.

- Coordination with corporate and customers.

- To ensure accuracy and timeliness of procurement and initiate on going marketing of Latest and tactical prices/ offers.

- Have an in depth understanding of customer trends, the market and competition
