Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced production manager to oversee the operations of our shrimp processing plant. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the production to ensure quality, efficiency, and profitability.

Job Duties:

- Plan and coordinate the production schedules and activities to meet customer orders and deadlines

- Monitor and control the production processes and equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations

- Supervise and evaluate the performance of production staff and provide feedback and training as needed

- Manage the procurement of raw materials, supplies, and equipment from reliable and cost-effective sources

- Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers and vendors and maintain good relationships with them

- Maintain accurate records of production and procurement data and prepare reports for management

- Identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise in the production and procurement processes

- Implement and improve production and procurement policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity

- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective operations
