Manager - Production & Repair - Manufacturing Firm

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management:

- Develop and implement production plans to meet output targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Supervise and lead production teams, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and efficient use of resources.

2. Repair Coordination:

- Coordinate repair activities, ensuring timely and accurate diagnosis and resolution of issues.

- Collaborate with technical teams to implement effective repair solutions.

3. Process Optimization:

- Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing and repair processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Implement best practices and innovative techniques to streamline operations.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Implement and enforce quality control processes for both manufacturing and repair operations.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any quality issues promptly.

5. Team Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and manage production and repair teams.

- Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide ongoing feedback.

6. Inventory Management:

- Oversee inventory levels for both production and repair parts, ensuring optimal stock levels.

- Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to maintain a seamless flow of materials.

7. Budget Oversight:

- Develop and manage budgets for production and repair departments.

- Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial objectives are met.

8. Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate regular reports on production and repair performance, analyzing key metrics.

Qualifications :

- Work Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience

- Proven experience in production and repair management roles.

- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills

- Excellent Organizational and Leadership skills

- Understanding of 4M, 5S, 6 Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
