Position Overview will be responsible for Wiring harness production planning and control

Experience 10+ years of experience in electronics/Wiring Harness components production planning (Automotive)

Location : Haridwar

Qualifications Graduate, preferably - B.Tech (Full Time Degree from recognized institutes will be considered)

- Scope of Responsibility

- Responsible for entire production planning

Key Responsibilities

Required area of Experience - Production Management, Scrap Management, Quality management,

- Required external Liaising, must have worked on relevant ERP modules, Logistics & Dispatch etc.

- Excellent leadership qualities & Interpersonal skills.

General Management

- Develop, Upgrade skills of team members and ensure interchangeability.

- Ensure career planning and development discussions for Store employees and assume a mentoring relationship with high-potential professionals

- Openness, Two way thinking, Create good team culture.

- In depth knowledge of end to end supply chain processes & related best practices (JIT, JIS, Milk Run, KANBAN etc)

- Functional Knowledge in inventory planning, forecasting, warehouse network, transportation operations - including import/export, S&OP and information systems and data management techniques necessary for the effective monitoring of Supply Chain functions.

- MS Office, Webex.

- Expert in MS Excel.
