We have opening with Leading Pharma Co for Production Manager based at Kurla West. Candidates with 7-12 yrs exp into Production / Quality with Mindset for Service and Quality. Preferable experience in Company Owned Manufacturing Units/ Contract Manufacturing (LL/P2P). Responsibilities: 1. Manage production Planning for Contract Manufacturing Sites. Ensure Manufacturing Sites Achieve Production Targets. 2. Enable Technology Transfer of the New Products. Handle Technology Transfer of Existing Products to New Sites. 3. Establish controls at contract mfg. sites &amp; ensure to meet regulatory requirements&amp; Internal standards. 4. Ensure Quality culture is inbuilt in the Team and the Site. Selected LL Sites to be made compliant to meet Audit requirements of Regulated Export Markets. 5. Build and maintain long term relationship with contract manufacturing sites for Business continuity. 6. Drive Cost savings by optimum utilisation of resources &amp; meet budget by planning available resources. 7. Drive trainings for team members to develop capability &amp; job skills. 8. Lead the Quality Audit Observation Closures, Complaints Closures with the Right CAPA. 9. Ensure there are no Critical/ Major Complaints at Sites, with implementation of Appropriate Quality Systems 10. Identification of new manufacturing sites for the upcoming products, ensuring the readiness of those sites as permanufacturing and quality requirements
