Manager - Production - FMCG - IIT/NIT/BITS (1-3 yrs)
Our client, a leading FMCG Company in India, is looking for hiring Manager Productions for their plants located in various states as mentioned above.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY :
- Responsible for a target delivery of manufacturing/engineering department in units in various states in India across functions such as Production Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Engineering & Maintenance & Project Management.
- Could also be involved in managing critical projects that would be going on in the unit. Roles would involve man-power supervision as well as resource planning and management needed for production/finished goods output.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- B.E. / B. Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Production / Industrial / Manufacturing)
- Must be passed out from Tier 1 Engineering colleges
- Must be passed out during 2020-2021
- Must have Managed departments/shifts with product delivery targets in supply chain system
- Must have cross-functional / techno-commercial exposure across value chain
- Preferred sector(s): Manufacturing in FMCG, Automobiles, White-goods
