Manager - Production - FMCG Premier MBA only females - The purpose of this position is to supervise the Contract Manufacturing at the site including Primary process, Secondary process, materials management, finished goods warehousing, delivery, and product Quality through physical presence as well as using periodical reports provided by the partner. - The incumbent shall act as an on-site representative of Company, production liaison between PM affiliate and partner and also provide supervision to the on-site operation related activities. - The incumbent shall eventually be responsible for supporting new partner and establish buy-sell model for required markets in the cluster. - Support new TPM partner essentially includes responsibilities of new set up and business process for manufacturing PM products - Supervise day to day production activities of company trademarks at TPM Factory. Validate finished goods requirement planning, DIM inventory, cut filler inventory, review product quality inspection and QA lab types of equipment maintenance. Monitor secondary yield and wastages during production and execute improvement projects for both KPIs - Report and track the performance of production (KPI). - Manage TPM and conflicting priorities - Be agile to market variations while controlling budget Stakeholders Management : - Internal : company's India's Sales, Marketing, Finance, Corporate Affairs, Legal, Business Development and Planning - External : TPM (Contract Manufacturer), PM's logistics &amp; warehousing service provider, company's approved suppliers, company Engineering, company QA and Product Development groups Qualification : BE, MBA experience in production supervision capacity FMCG industry or allied We are looking for only Females.
