Manager - Production - FMCG

We are hiring for the position of production Manager.

Location: Kala Amb (HP)

Job description:

- Overall responsible for the production area in all aspects.

- To plan and execute production requirement derived out of Sales Plan on daily / weekly / monthly basis.

- To develop and deliver Short & Medium Term Tactical Objectives which are aligned with the Long Term Strategy of the business.

- Initiate & manage change within the business.

- To manage the development of direct reports through the effective application of human resource management skills and the development & delivery of specific and focused training plans.

- To lead and manage a team to achieve the operational objectives.

- To maximize the opportunity for Factory Prime Cost delivery.

- Manpower Rationalization.

- Optimize Output, measuring and improving OEE.

- To implement and manage the annual fixed/variable budget.

- To provide input into the development of the R&M and Capital budgets.

- To develop and optimize the interface between the department and other business functions in order to deliver the objectives of the business.

- To identify performance improvement initiatives and encourage/facilitate a Continuous Improvement culture which effectively delivers on initiatives.
