Manager - Production - Flour Mill

Opportunity as "Manager Production with Reputed Flour Mill at Delhi. We required candidate with Minimum 10 to 15Yrs of experience with flour mill as Production Executive,Production Manager or Miller.

He will report to Unit Head

JOB DESCRIPTION:

He will be responsible for :

- Production planning & Control

- Smooth & safe operation of Mill

- Daily production as per Sales requirement

- Maintaining quality consistency

- Manpower handling

- Monthly data analysis & submitting to top mgmt.

- Monitoring and reporting production efficiencies.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Around 34-39 years of age

- B. Tech in Food Technology

- Flour Milling Course is essential

- Around 10-15 years of experience in Flour Mill

- Knowledge of QA & QC practices in flour Mill

- Proficiency in computer
