Manager - Production - CNC Machine

Job description :

- The Candidate will be responsible for Production, Planning, Process Engineering, Man machine allocation, Toolings, Machining, Maintenance, Manpower allocation, etc in a precision CNC machine shop, with very good exposure to manufacturing, programming

- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements

- Estimate costs and prepare budgets

- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines

- Monitor production to resolve issues

- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)

- Determine number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)

- Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.

- Ensure output meets quality standards

Required Candidate profile:

The Candidate has to be a Diploma / B E Mechanical, with 15 + years of experience in Production, Manufacturing, Planning, CNC Programming, Man machine allocation, in a high precision CNC machine shop
