Recycling Production 1. Plan, direct and coordinate the manufacture of products in compliance with quality, cost, safety targets and any other parameter set by the management from time to time. 2. Knowledge of Hydrometallurgical/Electrochemical processes. 3. Operation of Leaching, precipitation and solvent extraction for extraction Nickel, Cobalt, Copper and Manganese metals. 4. Expertise in Handling Chemical Operations, Critical and Hazardous Operations with safety & EHS guidelines 5. Proven experience as a production Manager, Deep knowledge of production management is desirable. 6. Ensure the up keep of all equipment's in coordination with Maintenance department. 7. Identify areas for potential improvement and recommend process modification and equipment calibrations, validation to enhance operational efficiencies of machine/ equipment. 8. Plan, monitor and control operations budget and make sure that expenditure is compliant with the company's standard practice. 9. Provide necessary support in preparation of annual business plan and operations budget. 11. Provide supervision, mentoring and direction to direct reportees, ensuring clear annual objectives for performances to be measured against, and hold regular support meetings to review progress. 12. Knowledge of Risk Assessment is desirable. 13. Work in close coordination in work groups & supporting departments for conducting process audits and detailing on quality requirements and finalizing the quality plan. 14. Plan, monitor and control utilities generation and consumption in line with the site objectives. 15. Coordinate activities related to product failures/ deviations and take necessary corrections, corrective actions and preventive actions. 16. Ensure SOP's shall be updated based on the current updations/regulatory/ customer requirements as per defined procedures. 17. Prepare relevant Production reports to Plant Head -Operations and perform any other assignment assigned from time to time. 18. Experience of Facing ISO and other Systems Audits External, Internal and Global Audits, 19. Develops good working relationships, to continue to improve overall production processes and develop a good team in shift. 20. Identify areas for improvement in process, equipment automation and training. 21. Completes safety checks and safety observations regularly. To promote safety awareness, quality & punctuality.
