Manager - Product & Underwriting - Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling CGHB and GIPMI Products

- Development of Training Materials and Conducting Product Trainings

- Marketing Collateral & Content Development for all Products

- Managing the development of specific product launches for TM – agency campaigns/ affinity tie-up launches

- Reviewing individual Products Portfolio

Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions / Results:

CGHB & Global IPMI Product Management

- Product Filing Documentation /System Development/UAT/Launch/Training/Marketing Material/Content Development

New Partnership and Campaign Launches

- Coordinate for Change Management and Setup of Product & UW Functions for New Affinity Tie Ups and Campaigns including Training and Development

Domestic Product Training

- Product Training Content Development and Training across work streams

Domestic Marketing Material Development & Content Development

- Development of all product collaterals and & Content

Product Portfolio Management

- Domestic & Global Products Portfolio Management and Review

Experience / Knowledge Requirements: (should include years of experience and any specific expertise/experience/knowledge you are seeking in the candidate)

- 3- 5 years of direct experience in Product Management preferably in Health Insurance

- Development of Marketing Material & Product Content

- Experience in imparting Product Training

- Good Knowledge of Health Insurance Market & Products.

- Good Communication – Verbal and Written

- Good Presentation Skills

- Experience of working & coordinating with multiple stake holders

- Negotiation Skills - Bringing others together and trying to reconcile differences.

- Time Management - Managing one's own time and the time of others and the ability to work tight deadlines.

Education and Other Requirement:

- Minimum Graduate/ Post Graduate

- Insurance Qualification/Certifications an added advantage
