Manager - Product Training & Product Promotions - FMCG

Job purpose & Scope Job purpose :

Be the consumer facing product expert who leverages the knowledge and expertise to develop, promote and sell products across channels & platforms Scope :

- National Product Trainer for internal & external promoters, sales teams, BCCD and any person who requires it

- Custodian of In-Store-promoter performance

- Organize live demo activities end to end, including identifying promotional agency, negotiating, conceptualizing activity, executing it in store and evaluating ROI of such activities

- Coordinator to marketing team, CDTS, Quality, Customer Care, food specialists

- Coordinator of national consumer engagement programs

- Provide and verify product specs and content for various marketing collateral and content Major Areas of Responsibilities

- MR independent training across India, which will ensure consistency and control.

- Develop, review training material, set up assessment centers for promoters, review targets v/s achievement

- Control promoter ROI

- Coordinate product tests, recipe development with different departments, marketing team and food specialists

- Set up the network of chefs/ trainers for consumer engagement, create SOP, track and evaluate programs, in future create and run loyalty programs and manage costs and ROI

- Provide product information/ specs for developing marketing content

Person Specifications :

Age : 25-35 for Graduate

Essential Qualification : Graduate

Desired Qualification : MBA or PG Diploma

Experience : More than 5 Years

Industry Preference : Kitchen Appliance, Consumer Durable, Hardware

Salary Range: 8 - 12 LPA
