Manager - Product Training - Gold Loans

Salary offered: 12 - 15 LPA

We have an urgent vacancy for Product Trainer - Gold loans with a leading NBFC in Gurgaon.

Our requirements are:

- Experience of 6+ years - either in business roles (Sales/Credit) or as trainer managing functional programs (Product & Process)

- Exposure in Banks/ NBFC/BFSI organisations would be an added advantage - Experience in delivering functional programs for businesses like Gold Loans etc .

- Exposure and expertise on Gold Loans Business/ Training will be an added advantage

- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methodology (majorly digital/ blended learning approach)

- Proven track record of delivering sales training.

- Ability to plan, multi task and manage timely program delivery schedules

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
