Job Description:
- Acquire, build and manage portfolio of SME Clients, for high value liability relationships and - Cash backed Asset relationships
- Deliver month on month targets on Acquiring New to Bank Clients, CA BALANCE BUILD Up, Generate CMS, Trade and Forex Fees and cross sell general insurance (business), private banking products
- Manage end to end client engagements in acquiring, on-boarding, documentation closure and transactional relationship support to the client along with cross selling
- Work closely with the SME Regional Head and Transaction Banking Team to develop sales strategy for SME Liability clients & Cash backed Clients
- Identify industry segments, associations, trade bodies, influencers, market trend and target customers- needs in order to review and recommend product/services offerings for high-value SME clients
- Drive product & marketing initiatives launched by central product team
- Undertake training of sales, acquisition & relationship management as subject matter expert
- Knowledge in a domain is mandatory (KYC, On-boarding, RBI guidelines, FEMA & non-FEMA guidelines, AML/TBML, understanding of risk framework), understanding of CMS products
An Ideal Candidate should possess
- Sound knowledge of Client on-boarding, KYC, Capital Account Transactions, Transaction Banking Services - Cash Management, Trade and FX, TASC products and general banking regulations.
- Previous relevant experience of 2-5years with a minimum experience of 1-2years in acquisition and sales, managing & handling SME Liability clients in Indian Market.
