Manager - Product Operations - Tech

We have an urgent opening for Product Operations Manager for Bangalore location.

You Will :

Facilitate the product team in launches, customer research and data driven methodologies.

Enable collaboration between product, customer success, sales and product marketing.

Own, and take the lead on implementing and continually improving processes to help enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of customer feedback to ensure the success and traction of our go-to-market strategy.

Continuously monitor the effectiveness of the launch lifecycle and become the voice of the customer and partner of the Product team to drive both adoption and continuous learnings & improvement. This includes examining various product adoption workflows to identify areas for improvement to further drive adoption.

You will enable the product organization to continually improve our craft by bar-raising best practices and processes for product planning (including OKRs), rollouts, and cross-functional communications.

You would be a great fit if you have:

3+ years of experience in tech/product, specifically B2B

2+ years of experience in product operations

3-4 years of experience in B2B project or program management, product operations, product marketing, or product management - preferably in the SaaS industry.

Quick learner with the ability to multitask, work independently, think critically and problem solve in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.

A strong self-starter with superior attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple requests, projects, and deadlines.

Experience with analytics tools, and providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent and proven cross-functional collaboration skills.

An aptitude for learning and overcoming challenges through critical thinking
