- It is NOT a Product Manager / Owner Role and you will NOT lead any Product Initiative

- The candidate will be overseeing the Scorecards/Metrics calculated by the Product Owner are accurate and published on time

- Will be analyzing the data to help The product Team to do better

- Ensuring the Agile Process is followed by all the Product Owners

Emphasize more on that it is an Operations Role where you will closely work with the Product Owners but not on a Product.

Job Description:

- Knowledge understanding/ theoretical knowledge on resource allocation/forecasting

- Who can set around processes/practices around delivery

- Understanding on Agile and Jeera- setting up tool and should know how to use it

- Standardisation of tools

- Defining processes and governance

- Negotiation in terms of headcount reporting/ forecasting/allocation

- Will work in collaboration with project managers

Preferred-

- Project managers who are current into budget planning and are willing to shift to product operations can be looked at

- Should be good with excel

- Strong decision making

- Looking over cadences/forming processes/scorecard, matrix

Mandatory

- Excellent Communication skills

- Assertive Personality

- Able to convince others and drive processes

- Strong in Agile

- Strong in Jeera
