Manager - Product Marketing - IT (4-8 yrs)

Job Description :


- Define the product positioning, create brand voice and structure the marketing funnel

- Create customer centric marketing collateral and sales decks

- Hold the mantle of creating content for BoFu (bottom of the funnel)

- Build value-propositioning customer content (Testimonials, Use Case, Case Study)

- Drive customer-research (Calls & interviews) to get insights into their pain points, decision criteria and driving forces

- Collaborate with sales, product and success teams to keep consistent messaging across platforms

- Own the MQL (marketing qualified lead) responsibility, improve lead quality and increase lead volumes

- Closely work with the sales team to improve product pitching across marketing communications

- Execute the content calendar from idea to publishing (with Content specialists)

- Conduct and execute online events like podcasts, webinars and customer-conferences

- Work with design and content specialists to keep our communication consistent and within brand guidelines

- We're not much into following competition, but you will keep tabs on their strategies and messaging to ensure we're up-to-date with the market

- These responsibilities sound very exciting but are much tougher to execute than they appear. What's worse, in current times getting new customers is very difficult which makes your job even more challenging. We don't have the budgets for high-profile candidates, that's why we've kept relatively flexible benchmarks for application criteria below :

- Real, on-the-job experience in same or similar role

- At least 4+ years of marketing department work

- Past work in lead-generation, a plus

- Past work in content marketing, a plus

- Excellent English communication skills, written and oral

- Articulate, energetic and expressive work style

- Strong work-ethic to deliver independently, remotely, with least supervision

- High level of self-discipline and accountability

BONUS points : Already worked in b2b SaaS startups
