Manager - Product Marketing
- Taking ownership for the demand generation for DoubleTick.io, helping us achieve our monthly/yearly sales targets through scaled customer acquisition across paid and non-paid channels.
- Developing a deep understanding of our customer personas and conducting thorough research to understand where our customers are, what language they speak and how we may attract them through scaled marketing processes.
- Creating compelling content backed by research, for landing pages, webinar decks, YouTube videos, the DoubleTick Website, WhatsApp and email marketing promotions and drip campaigns to customers.
- Applying strong creative skills in ideating and developing new marketing copy and concepts for digital marketing and working with graphic designers and video editors to bring those concepts to life.
- Running A/B tests to figure out which campaigns and creatives are working or not, and leverage data analysis and data-backed decision making to double-down and scale the working campaigns.
- Taking ownership of the end-to-end running of marketing operations from scheduling reminders to sending offers and other such tasks.
- Organic marketing - Managing our social media presence and our social media content calendar.
- Regularly creating engaging content for our Instagram and Facebook pages to keep customers engaged along with ideating viral content strategies to boost demand.
- This also includes working with influencers to help elevate our brand presence and create a pull in the market.
- Developing and executing SEO strategies to enhance online visibility. Managing organic marketing efforts to drive traffic and engagement.
