Product Manager - Industrial Coating - OEM

Job Description :

- Responsible for Product Management of Protective Coating Product Portfolio for Industrial Customers.

- This will include product life cycle management to ensure right products to meet the strategic market goals. In addition, the responsibility will include new product development projects from idea to launch and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with Sales, R&D and other support functions to drive the product initiatives

- New Product Development and commercialization ~coordinate product trials, validation and launch

- Managing the existing product portfolio, product benchmarking and modifications

- Drive innovation so that the products offer more value to the customer than competitors

- Implement Marketing Plans in terms of collaterals/ Web requirements; content finalization and co-ordination with agencies

- Support sales team with product training, product recommendations and making product pitch through presentations, certifications and references/ credentials/ testimonials

Candidate Requirement : Preferably from Industrial Paint background with 3 to 5 years experience in product management / marketing / technical services of Industrial coatings (preferably Protective Coatings)

Qualification : Post graduate in Chemistry/ Diploma in Paint Technology
