Product Marketing Manager - HCM /HRIS (SaaS product)
- Execute go-to-market product marketing activities in line with the product business plan.
- Drive development plans and performance reviews for the team.
- Own resource planning, assignment, and team metrics.
- Drive the development of relevant product collateral such as product data sheets, presentations, sales tools, and technical white papers tailored for the local market.
- Manage and deliver launch communications, including field training, productivity materials, internal systems, and external messaging support.
- Drive, manage and track sales productivity initiatives and campaigns.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Channel, Marketing Communications & Marketing Programs.
- Remain current with trends and issues as they relate to the product offering as well as emerging technologies, standards, and market trends.
- Work closely with Sales to understand the needs of the marketplace; help to formulate future Product Marketing strategies and tactics.
- Educate, assist and train Sales and Channel teams.
