KRA &amp; Responsibilities : - Should be comfortable working both at the strategic level and diving deep into details as needed to ensure high quality execution. - Strong marketing acumen and an incisive understanding of products - Own the product roadmap with strong insights and market intelligence combined with a deep understanding of product users. - Overall strategic vision of the product including maximizing acquisition, engagement and monetization . - Develop products (tournaments, loyalty programs etc.) that create differentiation and acceptability for our product. Manage the complete Customer Journey right from the from acquisition . - Increase ARPU and profitability through effective segmentation, targeting and use of analytics Developing product pricing strategies and structures Co create marketing campaign along with the Marketing Team. - Leverage analytics and quantitative analysis to monitor game performance, tune mechanics, and identify new features to impact KPIs. - Skills required : Product Management in any Industry pref. FMCG and Gaming - Strong Marketing and Research acumen and strong empathy for customer needs .
