Product Marketing Manager
- Looking for Product Marketing professionals with 5-10 years experience. Experience from Fintech and BFSI is a plus.
- Define User Journeys for different user cohorts in the database
- Product messaging and positioning - Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our product from its competitors
- Build a user experience for each cohort with the goal of increasing the user engagement and goal conversion after each user touchpoint.
- Analyse user navigation data, and all micro conversions on a weekly basis and improvise on the user content and journey to improve the overall metrics - open rates, click rates, conversion rates, etc.
- Monitor and Manage cohort overlap
- Content Development - Conceptualize and craft educational product and solution content for different user journeys Market, customer, and competitive analysis - Customer insights, the industry trends, keeping a track of changes in the competitors' user journeys
