Job title: Manager - Product Marketing & Business Intelligence
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years
Location: Hyderabad (but can be remote for the right candidate)
Duties and responsibilities
- Product and feature go-to-market launch and strategy
- Develop and manage business intelligence reports and landscape
- Understand the competition and the HR Tech industry
- Create collaterals to enable marketing, product, sales and customer success
- Develop industry reports and benchmarks
- Collaborate with cross-functional team regarding data
- Build industry relations with analysts and thought leaders in the industry
- Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design and user manuals
- Product awareness through participation and felicitations in the industry
- Proactiveness in ideating new strategies in research and brand building
Product Marketing & Business Intelligence Manager requirements
- Master's degree in marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Intelligence or Business Intelli-gence (must)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (a must)
- Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team (must)
- Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (a must)
- SQL Server skills including SQL (good to have) object development, performance tuning, data analysis and integration
- Knowledge of Technology such as SharePoint, Power BI, design and audio visual tools
- Knowledge in Analytic tools: FactSet, Microsoft BI
- Report writing skills
