- Gather consumer insights and competition insights from time to time manner to define and iterate the brand proposition/strategy.
- Define brand proposition and brand guidelines from scratch.
- Prepare quarterly marketing plans, objectives, and budgets.
- Continuously meet consumers for different product lines, and be the undisputed voice of the consumer in every forum.
- Create and monitor consumer feedback loops to ensure the right product features are prioritised and built.
- Formulate a robust communication and growth strategy for each of the product lines and work with different stakeholders to execute the growth plan.
- Co-own revenue and transaction volumes with Product & digital marketing.
