We need someone with 8-10 years overall experience and with 4 years of Product Management experience working on a complex product with domain experience.

We can look for Product Managers with experience in Software Products or Hardware products or both software or hardware products

We want candidates with domain experience (logistics, warehousing, supply chain) for Product Manager, domain experience is compulsory.

SOURCING GUIDELINES

1. Role is an Intersection of Product, Sales & Marketing

2. US Role is

a. Current focus is US. Role will go global. Based in Atlanta.

b. Primarily a customer facing role. Someone who understands the market well. Should have strong market intelligence & competitive analysis. Determine the GTM strategy for existing and new markets. Product Marketing Strategy & positioning/ Help figure out new & tweak pricing models for better market penetration.

c. Product Marketing Managers - Need Marketing Focus. Market entry/ Market Growth Role.

d. Brings in Best Practices around pitching the products to new industries.

e. The role can grow into a mid-level leader with 2-3 member team for market mapping globally.

f. Mandatorily require domain experience and B2B or B2E experience.

g. Target Firms - Vanderlande, ABB, Dematic, Swisslog, Kuka, WMS companies like Manhattan, JDA, RedPrarie; Supply Chain Companies like Oracle, SAP

As a member of The Clients Product Marketing management team, you will own defining The Clients current and future product strategies for enabling robotic operations in warehouses.

Responsibilities:

- Identify customer/market problems and demonstrate business case to introduce products with real value creation and good revenue potential.

- Create the Go-to-market strategy. Drive multi-disciplinary internal and external teams to achieve goals of Go-to-Market strategy.

- Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts.

- Publish Market Requirements Document.

- Provide timely feedback to Engineering on product and strategy issues to ensure that The Client is capable of responding to and/or anticipating changes needed to maintain success.

- Develop customer-facing presentations; clearly explain the benefits of product features and translate them into customer-facing messaging.

- Give product demonstrations and execute benchmarks to show product capabilities and ease of use.

- Create business cases and applications/ tools for sales team for future use.

- Develop sales tools: white papers, presentations, collateral, and competitive analysis. Arm sales with the knowledge, tools, training, and account strategy support they need to successfully market and sell the product.

Requirements:

- Engineering + MBA from a top-tier business school.

- 8 to 10 years of Product Marketing/Product Management experience (both will be a plus)

- Should have a research driven mindset and must perform non-repetitive, analytical work.

- Should have thorough knowledge of business practices in your area of ownership.

- Possess ability to assimilate technical, marketing, and operational aspects of developing and advocating The Clients products.

- Quick learner and ambition to keep up with the growing technologies across the industry.

- Flexibility to adapt skill set to support customer and industry changes.

- Demonstrated ability to listen, understand and respond professionally to customer questions and/or issues.
