Job Description :

- Develop strategies for rewards feature by optimizing and creating the most feasible costing and parallely remaining the best-in-class across competition

- Introduce newer redemption options in line with consumer's changing preference and needs

- Ensure a robust customer servicing platform and achieve NPS TD and BU goals

- Benchmark the reward proposition across industry in terms of redemption options, fees, speed of execution, etc. and continuously re-engineer the proposition

- Own all the redemption platforms and create best customer experience

Ideal Candidate :

- MBA in Finance/ Marketing

- Experience in Product Management

- Experience in Handling Cards and Rewards Product
