JOB DESCRIPTION
The role involves managing the product related activities across projects which are at various lifecycles i.e., Pre-launch, launch & Sustenance. He/she is responsible for assisting the Product Head & Senior management to take right decisions related to Product that help company to maintain its position as the Most Customer Centric Real Estate brand with a differentiated & Innovative Offering in the market. The profile requires him/her to define the right product mix for upcoming launches, define USP, track competition, assist Marketing team for campaigns and train Sales team.
Key Accountabilities
- Help Region to achieve set KRA's from Product perspective
- Provide critical inputs for Land acquisition w.r.t desirability of location, sales velocities & pricing etc.
- Closely work with HO teams to Drive Market Research/competition benchmarking & Consumer Research studies for upcoming project launches
- Guide regions to arrive at right product mix, price and defining the USP of project by providing key inputs for upcoming projects
- Research, study and recommend innovative features basis customer pain-points and aspirations
- Setting-up/Updating Product Innovation processes, standardizations & templates and monitoring its implementation
- Value proposition testing with various stakeholders like channel partners & consumers.
- Product Training to Sales team during launches/sustenance activations
- Closely working with internal (Mar Comm., Design, Sales) & external (Vendors) stakeholders for project success
