Manager - Product Development - Warehouse Funding - NBFC

Job Description -

- Map the market in terms of funding opportunities and develop new products as per evolving client requirements particularly for agri SME supply chain domain.

- Lead the ideation, development of product and credit policy and launch of the new loan products for Nfin. This includes conducting the industry/competitive analysis to identify best practices.

- Coordinate with operations, accounts, credit, legal, compliance and IT team in developing and executing the new product related aspects covering process re-engineering, product kit review, preparation of marketing collaterals, IT system enhancement and product calculators.

- Interact regularly and provide support to the sales team on product related queries. Responsible for product related content and training at various locations pan India.

- Responsible for achieving the PAN India sales target for the new product.
