Manager - Product Development - Health Insurance

Location : Mumbai

Job Purpose :

Responsible for Managing the Product Development Process from Market Research, Ideation to Development, Filing and Approval. Candidate will also be responsible for managing IT set up and development of platform for launch.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

- Responsible for Adherence to the Company's product development process.

- Participating in the Market research initiatives.

- Product Filing Documentation & subsequent query management.

- IT Platform development for New Products

- Market Research and Competition Tracking

Knowledge/Experience/ Skills :

- 3-6 years in Product Development Function

- Direct experience in filing of Health Insurance products

- Working knowledge of developing and implementing IT Platforms for new products

- Experience in coordinating with multiple stake holders and cross functional teams

- Well versed with Health Insurance Regulations and Products in the existing Market.
