Qualification Required : Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

Required Experience : Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in high voltage/power electronics

Salary : Negotiable (According to industry standards)

Job Location : Gurgaon

Job Description :

- Design and develop the power electronics products for our future product for sustainable energy industrial application

- Identifying test methods to characterize power electronic devices in various systems and implement functional characterization tests

- Designing system for safety and reliability with appropriate measures

- Coordinating with strategy team to understand market requirements and develop product development roadmap

- Coordinating with procurement team for development of prototypes, testing and modification

- Delivering a finished product meeting user requirements and cost targets

Skills/Requirements :

- Demonstrable understanding of power electronics and devices

- Understanding of electrical engineering protocols and standards

- Working technical knowledge in applications engineering and product design/development (specifically within an automotive context)

- AC/DC, DC/DC converters, Chargers, DC/AC, inverters, EMI filters, and bus bar design

- Hands on experience in power electronics hardware development: design, debugging and validation

- Significant hands-on experience with design and implementation of safety systems

- Experience in testing power conversion and battery systems

- Working level knowledge of DVP&R and DFMEA

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English

- Motivation, initiative, communication and presentation skills, enjoy working in emerging teams

- Desirable: Experience in Solar Industry Power Conversion or Battery-Inverter Management
