Manager - Product & Data Analysis - Real Estate

We are currently looking for Manager - Product & Data Analysis with a leading real estate company for Gurgaon location.

Candidate should have 6+ yrs of experience in pricing or profitability strategy in Real Estate and should be from Delhi / NCR or Gurgaon.

Job Role:

Driving Pricing & profitability strategies across PAN-India projects

Analyze profitability, pricing & costing information by developing systems ensuring that the pricing and profitability strategy is accurate and impacts on Positive Predictive Value (PPV) and margin levels.

Proposing Pricing strategies considering factors like project budgeting, competitive mapping, consumer research, project sales cycle etc. in discussion with top management including Marketing head, Strategy Head, CEO, CSO, MD etc.

Track profitability performance levels and suggest corrective actions in Project Sales Cycle and derive Sales AOPs which ensures maximization of profitability net present values.

Driving Market Intelligence

Track competitive plan of action & performances through various channels and formulate strategies to counter them to gain competitive advantage.

Driving consumer research studies

Fully understand the costing process and customer requirements through various studies
