Manager - Product Control - Investment Bank

Looking for experienced in Product Control within the Investment Bank.

Designation: Manager(IC)

Experience: 5-8 Years

Education Qualification : MBA

Interview and Work Location: Hyderabad/Gurugram

Requirements :

- He/She must have 5 years of Experience in end to end product control.

- Should have a keen interest in the Fixed Income product set with a good understanding of the products

- Generating and Reviewing daily PNL Production and reporting of daily P&L to Front Office & Senior Management.

- Mentor Front Line Managers to help them grow and conduct strong oversight over all workflow & issues

- The right individual will have strong people skills and can multi-task to manage the challenges of Middle Office processes yet have the awareness to escalate potential issues to their supervisor in a timely manner

- Candidate must have a proven track record of communicating effectively with personnel from various areas within an organization and at different management levels

- Must be proactive and be a highly-motivated self-starter. Reactive and/or passive individuals need not apply
