KEY RESPONSIBILITIES DELIVERABLES/OUTCOMES:

- Must have 4 to 6 years experience in Procurement function for Renewal Energy.

Contract Strategy and Planning:

- Implement a comprehensive procurement strategy for WTG, service contract for cranes, erection activities and BoP in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Key Category for Procurement WTG, service contract for cranes, erection activities and BoP including civil, contract drafting and negotiation.

Cost Estimate:

- Determine cost estimate targets during the design and development process, recommending cost effective solutions.

- Review and understanding of WTG and service package associated to Wind Farm.

- Based on the derived BOM, arrange quotations on item basis along with commercials.

- To re-align the cost estimates to the benchmarking or internal management targets through value engineering, alternative makes and sources.

- To develop the revised estimates and to calculate the total cost of ownership.

- Supplier Selection and Evaluation Identify potential suppliers and conduct thorough supplier evaluations to assess their capabilities, financial stability, and performance history.

- Negotiate and establish service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure Supply quality and Delivery Timelines.
