Manager - Procurement - Textile

1- Having knowledge of Fabric sourcing and Trims,

2- Good communication skill & devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies.

3- Develop new vendors and new products

4- Negotiate to bring down the procurement price in line with Procurement saving goals. Coordinates regularly with other departments to assure effective and timely coordination and team work in procuring goods and services. Provide procurement research, guidance and direction by presenting available procurement options .

5- Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships. Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.Incorporates best practices and market research into procurement practices to ensure CAT obtains the possible price. Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.

6-Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company

7- Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients. Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies. Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.

8- Exhibits a strong sense of urgency to maintain high personal performance while making decisions and allocating resources in a cost - efficient manner.

9- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.

10- Maintains complete record of authority contracts for goods and services.
