Designation: Procurement Manager

Location - Delhi

As the Procurement Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process for all project-related materials, equipment, and services. Your role will be crucial in ensuring timely and cost effective procurement, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting the successful execution of our projects in the coworking industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies for project-related procurement activities.

2. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and develop procurement plans aligned with project objectives.

3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements.

4. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including issuing requests for proposals (RFPs), evaluating bids, and selecting vendors.

5. Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms and delivery schedules.

6. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and vendor information.

7. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction strategies without compromising quality or project timelines.

8. Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as project management, finance, and operations, to ensure effective communication and alignment of procurement activities.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to procurement, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

10. Conduct periodic supplier evaluations and performance reviews to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.

11. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and resolve any supplier-related issues or disputes.

12. Manage and mentor a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

Qualifications :

- B-Tech (Electrical Or Civil) or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the construction, real estate, or coworking industry.

- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier relationship management.

- In-depth understanding of sourcing strategies, negotiation techniques, and market analysis.

- Proficiency in using procurement software and systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or

- Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) are a plus.
