Manager - Procurement - Fruits & Vegetables - Food Tech

- We are hiring for Procurement Manager with a leading foodtech company in Bangalore.

- Sound knowledge of vendors across India and abroad on procurement of Fruits & Vegetables,

- Sound technical knowledge of best practices followed globally on Packaging industry

- Can manage the procurement contract centrally for different city operations needs

- Will be responsible for the managing the inventory levels at WH as well as kitchen levels

- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and to develop priorities for self, staff members and stakeholders.

- Strong influencing and negotiating skills and familiarity with relevant markets

- Discusses the central purchase business plan and brings out the alignment

- Have a complete eye on each cost line targets of COGS and monitor it to maintain the annual business plan profitable
