We have one very urgent positions in one of the Leading Consumer durable MNC in India:-

POSITION - Manager - Procurement

LOCATION:- Gurgaon

CTC : 30L- 35L p. a ( approx ), depending upon current CTC, designation, education & experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

- The incumbent shall be responsible for negotiating Hard & Soft POSM for retail stores.

- The person should have the knowledge of the fixture related procurement used in Retail stores.

- Knowledge of Overseas market like Bangladesh / Nepal / SriLanka would be preferred.

- Need to create a data bank for potential suppliers (region wise) to be able to respond to business needs with speed.

- Shall be required to ensure that buying operations are carried with high transparency and compliance to company processes.

- Shall be required to align with the business needs considering the timelines and work very closely with team & in-house agency.

- Evaluate the vendor base on half yearly basis to ensure seamless operations.

Necessary Skills / Attributes:-

1. Should have a minimum of 10-12 years of sourcing experience and 3-5 years on retail spends.

2. Graduate/PostGraduate in any discipline

3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with senior management across business verticals are a must.

4. Should have good negotiation skills

5. Should basic understating of VAT & Service Tax laws.

6. Efficient in documentation and data management.

7. Good knowledge of Excel, working knowledge of power point
