Role And Responsibilities :- - Prepare purchase orders and indent ERP System - Negotiation with vendor and follow up with vendor for material - Prepare comparative rates at L1 vendor for materials. - Prepare work orders - Goods received note tracking - Inventory management - Monthly procurement reports and pending material reports - Searching new vendors. Having Good Market study. - Transportation, Road Permit, etc. - Processing Bills in Tally / ERP & issuing payments, as per direction of Sr. Accountant / Management Computer Skills :- Word, Excel, Tally, ERP Work Experience :- 6 to 8 years- experience in the procurement field, preferably from Construction & Civil Contractors line. Location :- Colaba, Mumbai Working Days :- Monday to Saturday Working Hours :- 11am to 7pm At times, you may be required to work irregular hours, including Sunday.
