Manager - Transition & Project Management - Driving Project dynamics including concurrent transitions, parallel Go Lives, niche skill sets process requirements - Accountable for all project management aspects, solution validation, change management, technology implementation, financials, infra- readiness, successful knowledge transfer (KT), process documentation, pre- go live post Go Live stabilization : - Project Planning, milestone identification & risk assessment/mitigation plan - Solution designing for KT, technology set up, Hiring etc - Engagement in creation of process maps/SOPS, defining measurements metrics - Document each stage of all the projects in a standardized way with all stakeholders involved - Establish manage a robust plan for successful deployment of transition roadmaps - Acts as a single point of contact for the project for client internal stakeholder, also works closely with all the support functions operations within the organization - Providing timely & accurate reporting & feedback of results during transition escalating issues where necessary
