Job Role:  - Manage a Team of Process trainers and SME's to deliver end to end training for the Insurance processes including new hire training, BAU interventions  - Create and maintain detailed training MI and documentation  - Oversee and Adhere to signed off Training Standard Documents, Governance Plans and any other prescribed regulations  Should be an experienced Process Training Manager   - Manage end to end training for the Insurance processes including new hire training, BAU interventions  - Involved in Process training in initial days and now manage a team of Trainers to deliver process training  - Experienced in managing Training Calendar, Identifying with the team TNI and TNA  - Involved in Train the Trainers (TTT)  - Excellent Communication Skills
