Manager Process & Reliability - ( At Plant Level ) - From IIM / IIT / NITIE / SP JAIN / XLRI / MD

Job Responsibilities :

- Spearhead and co-ordinate initiatives pertaining to start, implement and sustaining continuous improvement in Manufacturing Operations specially focusing on TPM, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

- Audit the existing TPM implementation as per Audit Protocol.

- Identification, facilitation and training of improvement projects.

- Support in developing Loss deployment matrix across the organization.( Cost, quality, productivity, material, dispatch, Safety, customer complaint etc)

- Driving the Six Sigma matrix and reporting to all the stake holders.

- Also, ensuring team participation in internal as well as external competition.

- Participate in the development of a labor relations strategy, and the implementation of that strategy.

- Participate in a business simplification initiative.

- Participate in a manufacturing cost-reduction initiative.

Candidate Requirement :

- MBA from TOP 10 B School with a Engineering background only apply

- Should have worked in plant level dynamics

- Good understanding of Performance & Processes
